If you wanted to switch your cable broadband and telephone from Virgin to BT, would you cancel with Virgin?
first and then order BT's package, or order with BT first and then cancel with Virgin?
BT doesn't offer cable service, so BT will move you to ADSL over a copper connection. They will charge you an install fee for a phone line and then rentals for both phone and broadband. If you choose one of the better (more expensive) broadband options, they will give you a router (BT Home Hub) free.
