need your help tell me which is the best phone that will work in the USA and ------?

ok here is the deal im trying to buy a new cordless phone im trying to buy online soon but need to make up my mind. the ones i have right now uniden 2.4 GHz are driving me nutts they tend to go off when im on the phone and have to wait long to go back to normal . I need the best one outhere i don't know much about phones so if you know please share your knowledge w/ me : ). so the phone i want HAVE to have the following these are a MUST :

-work in the states and germany(we are military)
-Speaker Phone on each handset
-security want to be able to talk on the phone with confidence not afraid that someone is listening to my conversation or getting my credit card number : )
- light up keypad

so if you know of the BEST ones outhere let me know price whatever it is im willing to pay . send me links or entire name and by the way my phone company is call TKS hope that helps. thanks in advance

If you are wanting a phone that works in both the USA and Germany, and I assume that you will have family in both countries, there is a brand new service just coming out here in Europe and it has been running in the US for 2 years.
Have you ever thought that as well as talk to others across the world, you might be able to see them at the same time using what is virtually a normal phone.
If you have access to high speed broadband then the video phone service that I have switched to might be ideal.
The phones are not expensive, there is a small monthly charge and all calls between video phones worldwide are free, a couple of weeks ago I was able to see and talk to a couple of people that before I could only email, it was as if we were sitting next to each other, except we were over 3000 miles apart across the Atlantic Ocean.
Apart from being a video phone, the phone itself has many other features, I had mine running for the first time today as a digital photo frame, shortly I will plug my normal cordless house phone system into it so that all my calls will go through the dedicated voip network, no extra cost and all landline calls within my country will be free as well.
