How do I find out as an individual what my rights are as spying goes?

I have a friend who needs to find out what our rights as u s citizens are when it comes to the DEA or FBI or GBI, spying on them. What are the limits when it comes to watching there house and following them whe they leave, like can they video or voice record your house and your personal space without notice or a warrant? Can someone please help?

I suggest that you stay clear of your friend. If the DEA, FBI and Georgia Bureau of Investigations are watching him, he's gonna be going to jail pretty soon.

To answer your question, they can watch his house and follow him when ever they want. They can also photograph and video him without a warrant in public. They can also voice record if you are in public. A warrant is needed for tapping telephones and anything else that would happen in a private area, such as work or home.
